Exclusions Audience Activation Support does not include: Content creation or posting Direct messaging, inbox management, or customer support Account access, login management, or posting on behalf of the client Paid advertising or campaign management Guaranteed growth, engagement metrics, or revenue outcomes Client Responsibilities Clients are encouraged to follow their business account from their personal profiles and may receive general guidance or recommendations to help support engagement efforts. Client participation may influence overall effectiveness and visibility outcomes. Performance Disclaimer Audience Activation Support is intended to encourage consistency and visibility but does not guarantee specific performance outcomes. Social media platforms frequently change algorithms, which may impact results. Cancellation This service may be canceled at any time. Clients may manage or cancel their subscription directly from their subscriber account by logging into their account on the website. Cancellations must be completed prior to the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Partial months are non-refundable, and service will remain active through the end of the current billing period.
