See Terms and Conditions for this service: Essential Buildout Web Design Plan Policy Creative Design Studios agrees to provide the following services as part of The Essential Buildout Package: Custom 5-page website Up to 3 custom graphics 2 revision rounds SEO Essentials (metadata, keyword structure, Google indexing) Integration setup (booking links, forms, newsletters, etc.) Free domain for 1 year 1 business email setup (2GB of storage) 1 month of Website Aftercare (minor edits, updates, fixes) Monthly site performance snapshot Delivery in 4–6 weeks Any services or revisions requested outside the scope outlined above will require a written change order and may incur additional fees. Revisions Two (2) revision rounds are included and consists of reasonable edits to the original design direction. Revisions do not include complete redesigns, new concepts, or additional pages. Additional revisions may be billed at an hourly or flat rate. Complimentary Domain & Business Email. One (1) domain name and one (1) business email setup are included with the Essential Buildout Package. These complimentary services must be used within twelve (12) months of the signed agreement date. If not activated within this timeframe, the offer will expire. Website Aftercare (One Month) The Essential Buildout Package includes up to one (1) month of website maintenance following project completion. This maintenance period is intended for minor edits, updates, and fixes, such as small text changes, image swaps, link updates, and basic troubleshooting to ensure the site functions as intended. Requests that fall outside of minor maintenance — including but not limited to new page creation, layout redesigns, advanced functionality, custom integrations, or significant content additions — are not included and may require additional fees. Any work outside the included maintenance scope will be discussed and approved prior to execution. Maintenance does not extend the overall project timeline or plan duration. Monthly Site Performance Snapshot This package includes one (1) monthly site performance snapshot provided during the maintenance period. This snapshot is intended to offer a high-level overview of basic website performance and activity and is not a comprehensive analytics or SEO report. The snapshot may include general insights such as: Website traffic overview Basic visitor activity or trends Page performance highlights Overall site health indicators This snapshot is informational in nature and is designed to provide visibility, not ongoing analysis or strategic recommendations. More detailed reporting, analytics, or ongoing performance optimization may be available through additional services or ongoing support packages. Data availability may vary depending on site traffic volume and platform integrations. Services included in this package are limited to the scope outlined above. Any additional services, enhancements, integrations, or optimizations not expressly stated may require additional fees and written approval.
