See Terms and Conditions for this service: Social Spark Package – Plan Policy The Social Spark Package is a monthly social media content creation and posting service designed to help maintain consistent, professional visibility across selected social media platforms. Scope of Service This package includes the creation of six (6) custom branded social media posts per month, posted across two (2) social media platforms of the client’s choice, one (1) short-form video (Reel/TikTok-style), caption writing with hashtag optimization, scheduling and posting, and one (1) monthly performance snapshot. Services are limited to the deliverables outlined on the Social Spark Package page. Content & Approvals Content is created based on brand information provided during onboarding. Timely feedback and approvals are required to maintain posting schedules. Delays in approval or missing materials may result in adjusted posting timelines or skipped posts, which do not roll over to future months. Revisions Reasonable minor edits are included prior to posting. Requests that significantly alter approved content, require new concepts, or fall outside the monthly scope may require an additional fee or package upgrade. Platforms Content is published on two (2) platforms selected at the start of the service term. Platform changes during an active month are not guaranteed and may take effect in the following billing cycle. Engagement & Community Management This package focuses on content creation and posting only. Direct message management, comment moderation, audience engagement, and follower growth strategies are not included but may be added through an upgraded service. Analytics & Reporting A monthly performance snapshot is provided for high-level insight into content activity and engagement. This is not a comprehensive analytics or advertising report. Timeline & Posting Content is scheduled and posted throughout the month based on platform best practices and internal scheduling workflows. Specific posting days or times are not guaranteed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payment, Renewals & Cancellations This package is billed on a recurring monthly basis through your selected payment method at checkout. Services renew automatically each billing cycle unless canceled. Clients may cancel future renewals at any time by logging into their account dashboard on the website and managing their subscription settings. Cancellations must be completed prior to the next billing date to avoid renewal charges. All payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund or prorate the current active month of services. Content Ownership Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of approved and published content. Creative Design Studios reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
