What if I don’t use the plan every month?

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. This is a month-to-month service with no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime through your subscription page.

This plan includes: Monthly website health check (broken links, mobile responsiveness, basic performance review) Core platform, plugin, or app updates (as applicable) Routine site backups Basic support access for minor issues or questions This plan is intended for maintenance and prevention, not ongoing design, development, or content updates. The Care Plan does NOT include: New page creation or design updates Content changes or uploads Feature additions or custom development Emergency or same-day fixes SEO updates or performance optimization Requests outside the scope of this plan may be quoted separately or recommended for an upgraded Aftercare package. Support Access Basic support includes assistance with: Identifying issues General troubleshooting guidance Clarifying next steps Support is provided during standard business hours. Response times are not guaranteed and are handled in the order received. Billing & Cancellation This plan is billed monthly at $99 Clients may cancel at any time through their subscription plan on the website or with 30 days’ written notice No refunds are provided for partial months Services remain active through the end of the billing period after cancellation Platform & Access Requirements Clients must maintain active hosting and platform access (e.g., Wix, WordPress, or applicable CMS). Creative Design Studios is not responsible for issues caused by third-party outages, expired licenses, or unauthorized site changes.
