A focused 30-minute strategy session designed to provide clarity, direction, and actionable next steps for your brand. Whether you need guidance on website structure, social media strategy, content positioning, or digital growth, this call delivers expert insight and a clear path forward.
Cancellation Policy
The Brand Strategy Session is a paid 30-minute consultation designed to provide focused, actionable guidance tailored to your business goals. Payment in full ($75) is required at the time of booking to secure your session. All sessions are conducted virtually via video conference. A confirmation email with meeting details will be sent upon booking. To ensure a productive session, clients are encouraged to submit any relevant background information, questions, or website/social media links prior to the call. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee. No-shows are non-refundable. This session includes strategic guidance and professional recommendations. It does not include implementation, design work, document creation, or follow-up services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If you decide to move forward with a Creative Design Studios service package within 14 days of your session, your Strategy Session fee may be applied toward your new service (one-time use, non-transferable). By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
